Special Orders - all special orders require pre-payment before product is ordered. - Currently no refunds on special orders.
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Shipping
- Currently we only ship within Canada
- Orders ship within 1-2 business days
- We ship with Canada Post --please note: After the order ships, the customer assumes full control of the package. A tracking number will be issued for reference.
- Calgary Customers - contact us prior to ordering so we can set up free delivery with a minimum $75 order. (Orders less than $75 will have a $10 delivery fee). -when contacting us for this offer, please send us your postal code and we will let you know when this offer is ready for you!
- Local pick up in Calgary now available
- Hooked on Fibre shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier.
- Please make sure there is a secure delivery location for you order as we will not be able to replace or refund any orders that have the tracking marked as delivered.
